About the Game

A battle royale game where you are a toilet with a head popping out, competing against other toilets by eating toilet paper and hot peppers to grow large enough to push your opponents off the platform. Skibidi Toilet io is exactly as absurd as that description suggests, inspired by the YouTube series created by animator Alexey Gerasimov that turned the concept of heads emerging from toilets into a global phenomenon. The io game takes that premise and builds a surprisingly competitive survival experience around it.

How It Works

The platform is your arena and staying on it is the objective. Toilet paper rolls and red peppers scattered across the surface give you XP that increases your size, and size is everything in terms of who can push whom off the edge. A larger toilet outmuscles a smaller one in a collision, which means the growth race is as important as the positioning. Every opponent you push off the platform earns you points scaled to their size, so targeting larger toilets is riskier but more rewarding than farming smaller ones.

Platform Awareness

The platform has several hazards beyond the other players. Tiles that flash are about to disappear and create holes, so stepping on one as it goes means falling through regardless of your size advantage. Spikes on the platform throw you away on contact, which near an edge is effectively the same as being pushed off by an opponent. Staying toward the center of the platform rather than the edges gives you more recovery space when collisions happen and reduces the risk of a single spike contact ending your run.

Two Player Mode

Two players can share the same device with Player 1 on WASD and Player 2 on the arrow keys. The cooperative and competitive options both work in this format, and the shared screen makes the platform chaos feel even more frantic than solo play. On mobile, the left side of the screen controls Player 1 and the right side controls Player 2, which splits the touch input cleanly between the two players.

Controls: Arrow keys or mouse drag to move in solo. Player 1 uses WASD, Player 2 uses arrow keys in two player mode. Mobile: left side of screen for Player 1, right side for Player 2.
