Army Driver is thirty levels of driving through enemy territory, running over soldiers before they put enough bullets in your vehicle to end the run. Setting Up Your Truck

Before anything else you pick your vehicle, choose a color, and spend whatever coins you have on engine and suspension upgrades. The engine determines how well you handle the terrain and how quickly you can get through enemy clusters. Suspension affects how the jeep absorbs the bumps and uneven ground that thirty levels of off-road combat inevitably involves. Neither upgrade is glamorous but both matter when the health bar at the top of the screen starts dropping and you need the truck to respond the way you expect it to.

The Road Ahead

Armed soldiers appear throughout each level and their entire purpose is to damage your jeep. The health bar is the only thing standing between you and a restart, so driving through enemies rather than letting them stand in position and shoot at you freely is the right instinct. Jump with the Up Arrow or Space when the situation calls for it. Keep moving. The rich graphics and vivid animations make the whole experience feel more alive than most 2D driving games manage, and watching the realistic fire effects and mud physics while you are busy trying not to get shot is a genuinely good time.
