Attacking and Cleaning Up

The sword icon only appears when you are close enough to a crewmate to strike, which means eliminating someone requires getting near them without raising suspicion. After the attack, the shovel icon appears and you need to use it immediately to clear the evidence before another crewmate enters the room or turns around to see what happened. The two-step process of attack and cleanup is the core loop, and the timing pressure between those two actions is where most failed levels originate. Leaving evidence visible triggers a report, and a dead body discovered by anyone other than you ends the level.

Managing the Crowd

Early levels give you relatively open windows to isolate crewmates and act without witnesses. As levels progress the crew size increases, the available windows narrow, and finding a moment when no one is watching becomes a genuine puzzle rather than a matter of waiting. The red button creates temporary walls around you and a nearby crewmate when you need to manufacture isolation rather than waiting for it to occur naturally. Watching the progress bar above crewmates tells you how close they are to completing their mission, which adds a time pressure alongside the spatial awareness of managing who is watching from where.

Weapons and Customization

Your sword loses effectiveness over time and needs to be replaced or upgraded through the weapon icon in the bottom left of the screen. A lightsaber is among the available options, which is a significant upgrade from the standard blade. The outfit button in the bottom right lets you spend earned cash on cosmetic hats that change your character’s appearance without affecting the stealth mechanics. Both systems give longer play sessions a spending goal that makes each successful elimination feel like more than just a level completion.
