The Track

Customization

The steering wheel icon on the main menu opens the customization section where you choose your car’s color, upgrade engine power, and improve suspension before heading out. Engine upgrades affect how the car handles inclines and acceleration out of flat sections. Suspension upgrades reduce the impact of rough terrain and make the car more stable on uneven surfaces, which directly affects how often you find yourself fighting a potential flip. Coins collected during races fund these upgrades and unlock new vehicles as your earnings accumulate.

Multiplayer

The Multiplayer button on the level selection screen creates a room for up to four players racing the same track simultaneously. The competitive dynamic changes how you approach the terrain because the temptation to carry more speed into a difficult section when another player is ahead of you is exactly the situation where flipping becomes most likely. Balancing the competitive instinct against the physical demands of the track is the added challenge that multiplayer introduces on top of the standard racing difficulty.
